The Library is honored once again to host the CUSD #303 Student Art Show. Works from elementary through high school will be displayed in the Huntley Meeting Room, the Art Gallery and both lobby display cases. An Open House honoring the student artists will be held from 2:00–3:00 p.m. The community is invited to attend.

Join us to play games like Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride and other modern board games. Meet up with fellow board gamers. Bring a favorite game to teach new players or grab one from our collection.

Saving your own seeds is easy and free. A University of Illinois Extension Master Gardener will discuss how to save seeds from your own garden. Find out which seeds are worth the effort and which are not along with methods of cleaning and storing your seeds.

Part 2 of 2: AARP Smart Driver is the nation's first and largest driver safety course designed especially for drivers age 50 and above. The course covers defensive driving techniques and provides tips for adjusting to the normal changes in vision, hearing, and reaction time associated with aging. Participants will learn about current rules of the road and how to operate their vehicles more safely in today's increasingly-challenging driving environment. A participation fee of $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-members includes a guidebook. Attendees pay the instructor directly.
