St. Charles' own Alex Murphy Jazz Trio will delight the audience with favorite jazz standards.

Spend the evening with Chef Susan Maddox learning and exploring some of the wonderful regions of Spain. The program will feature a few recipes demonstrated through their wonderful ingredients, culture, and cooking methods. Chef Maddox will illustrate some great “tricks” in order to make your dining experience at home a success. This program is a great way to enjoy the culture without having the jet lag! Registration is open to St. Charles Library cardholders through February 28. If space is available, it will open to non-cardholders.

Behavior is a powerful form of communication and is one of the primary ways for people with dementia to communicate their needs and feelings as the ability to use language is lost. Some behaviors can present real challenges for caregivers to manage. Join us to learn how to identify common behavior triggers, decode behavioral messages, and calm a person who is experiencing common behavior challenges.
