Happy 200th birthday, Illinois! To celebrate the Bicentennial, learn how to paint our state flower, the violet. Christine Thornton will teach you how to draw violets using pencil on watercolor paper. Then learn to paint with watercolor pencils. Beginners welcome! This program is limited to 30 participants and open to St. Charles Library cardholders through February 28. If space is still available, it will then open to non-cardholders. REGISTER
