The St. Charles Public Library District is soliciting sealed bids for 2026 SCPL Roofing Restoration project. The complete bid package will be available on May 7, 2026, through Cordogan Clark & Associate’s online plan room www.cordoganclarkplanroom.com. A nonmandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted at the site on May 14, 2026, at 2:00pm. All bidders are required to visit the site prior to bidding.
Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 am CST June 2, 2026, at the St. Charles Public Library, 1 South 6th Avenue, St. Charles, IL 60174, Attention: Kate Buckson, Library Director, at which time, the sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be submitted prior to the deadline in a sealed envelope marked “St. Charles Public Library – Roofing Restoration” on the outside. No bids will be accepted after the deadline.
