The St. Charles Public Library District is soliciting sealed bids for 2026 Site ADA Assessment project. The complete bid package will be available on January 26, 2026, through Cordogan Clark & Associate’s online plan room www.cordoganclarkplanroom.com.
Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 am CST February 26th at the St. Charles Public Library, 1 South 6th Avenue, St. Charles, IL 60174, Attention: Kate Buckson, Library Director, at which time, the sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be submitted prior to the deadline in a sealed envelope marked “St. Charles Public Library – Site ADA Assessment” on the outside. No bids will be accepted after the deadline.
All questions specific to requests for bids and proposals must be submitted via e-mail to: [email protected] and [email protected]. No questions will be accepted within five days of the scheduled bid opening.
Each bidder, by making a bid, signifies their intention and good faith to sign a contract with the St. Charles Public Library District should they be awarded the bid.
